“關於我和鬼變成家人的那件事”這部電影有兩個男主角，第一個男主角是個警察，他不但是個大直男，而且還恐同。第二個男主角是個同性戀，本來已經跟男朋友論及婚嫁，但卻出意外死了。
台灣有冥婚的習俗，如果一個人不小心出意外死了，他的家人可能會幫他找個人結婚，他們會把紅包丟到路上，看有沒有人願意跟這個人冥婚，因此在台灣的路上如果看到紅包或錢，不可以撿。電影中的第一個男主角 – 警察，他在工作時不小心撿到了紅包，因此就得跟另外一個男主角冥婚。

電影中的警察是台灣國民老公 – 許光漢，許光漢本來是個模特兒和歌手，但是到當演員以後，他的演藝之路才開始越來越順遂。他2019年跟柯佳嬿演出的《想見你》這部電視劇超級紅，紅到了韓國、日本，因此許光漢現在在海外人氣也非常高，被大家叫作”亞洲初戀“。
