Lulu在節目企劃這行已經七八年了，但還是每天都不知道在瞎忙什麼。製作節目時要看製作人、電視台和主持人的意見，常常得改東改西，一直反覆地，融合很多人的意見。我們認為跟人接觸比較多的工作得一直溝通，還不能對長官生氣，非常煩。

[01:23] Lulu 最近的煩惱
帶新人也是一門學問，Lulu最近很困擾，因為最近帶的新人常在犯錯後因內疚而哭，內心比較脆弱，但新人又常犯錯。Lulu曾經在IG上抱怨過，節目需要借道具，而Lulu對新人吩咐好後，新人卻又一直做不好，兩人一直沒有共識，非常可怕。當時Lulu交代得很清楚，比如藝人讀嘉義女中，需要借到嘉義女中的制服，如果類似地只能借到台中女中的制服，則制服上面不可以繡台中女中這四個字。但在錄影前一天，Lulu卻發現新人準備的制服上面繡著學校，讓隔天的節目差一點bia-kang，Lulu真的不知道該怎麼跟這樣散漫的人溝通。

節目企劃的工作是要讓一集的節目有看點，在節目中設計一些符合主題的橋段。Lulu現在做談話性節目，如果主題是在聊 “學生”，他們需要去借課桌椅，把板子設計成黑板的樣式，讓節目有不一樣的場景。通告發藝人，找適合聊這個主題的藝人來上節目後，節目企劃需要跟發到的藝人去re故事，把有趣的故事和觀眾會想聽的事整理成一集腳本，然後報告給電視台，最後再進棚錄影。

進棚錄影跟藝人對一下講話內容後，現場讓藝人自己發揮，而節目企劃則會在現場控大字報，提醒他們要講什麼故事。通常一集節目會有多位藝人，有4到6個來賓，主要以活潑的通告藝人為主。聊的主題通常以時事、新聞為主，比如最近在台灣〈台北女子圖鑑〉引起紛爭，他們就會討論台灣的南北差異。節目的前置作業非常多，被分配到寫哪個主題後，就要針對這集去做功課，非常趕，得常熬夜。

Lulu以後想一直在節目企劃這一塊工作，但會想跟調性不同的主持人合作，像比較嗆辣的主持人小s 或憲哥就跟中規中矩的主持人不一樣，他們會活潑一點，想法不會很侷限，也因為他們本身就很好笑，所以就會突然間有爆點。

Lulu不喜歡中規中矩、一成不變的工作。現在的工作她之前談過一次離職，而談過後公司讓她假日工作的話，能在平日比較不忙時補休，她能自己去調整假日，因此Lulu現在可以周間休，一個月也有五、六天的休假。她休假時其實也得跟藝人 re 稿或寫腳本，但會比較隨興，可以休息。
