[05:50] 在台灣當公務員很棒? 其實當公務員也很辛苦。
家茗現在在環保局當公務員，去年台灣長榮公司獎金有40個月的薪水，然而公職的話考績加獎金頂多2. 5個月而已，且2. 5個月是考績被打甲的情況下，被打乙的話獎金就會降低。而能不能得到甲，只能隨緣不能強求。基本上是直屬長官給評分，因此得有長官緣，若不對眼就毀了。因此公職也得靠人脈，若要調去其他單位，也得看雙方長官願不願意放手與接受。公職一年可調薪一次，然而可不可升官這件事可遇不可求，到了主管的圈，才可接近年薪百萬。

家茗最近負責一個已經決標的廠商，但在監督過程時，發現他們抽到一些廢土到掩埋場去，這異常狀況讓她這兩週非常忙。此外，家茗也認為公務員不僅得面對民眾的陳情，還得當地方首長如縣長或市長的幕僚。在議會諮詢期間，不僅得盯緊議會的連線，長官被問到環保議題時，市政府的同仁就得趕快回覆給長官。公務員就是為民服務，最近防疫消毒也是環保局的業務，因桃園一直有案例，家茗的組長這兩年也很少請假，真的辛苦了!
